All fans are manufactured in-house, giving us full control over quality, traceability and delivery performance across every project.
We stock a wide range of sheet materials from 1.5mm to 25mm thickness, enabling efficient production without supply chain delays. Materials include:
- Mild steels (various grades)
- Stainless steels, including duplex grades
- Hardox
- Aluminium
- Brass and copper

Capability
Our manufacturing facility is equipped with:
- CNC laser cutting
- CNC press brakes and plate rolling equipment
- CNC lathes and CNC milling machines
- In-house dynamic balancing
- Dedicated assembly bays
This capability allows us to manufacture complex axial and centrifugal fan components with high dimensional accuracy and repeatability.
Welding & Fabrication
Standards
All fabrication is carried out by coded welders qualified to produce welds in accordance with ISO 5817 Category B where specified.
We operate structured inspection stages throughout the manufacturing process, supported by:
- In-house Non-Destructive Examination (NDE)
- CSWIP 3.2.1 Visual Inspection
- Dye Penetrant Inspection (DPI)
- Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI)
